is different from shipping. aka you may pay for faster shipping but, unless a rush order is purchased, it'llย take up to 2 weeks (7 business days), to fulfill orders and take to the post office - and this can fluctuate based on the current volume of orders. follow @fairypressons for any updates if this changes, but i will try my hardest to complete orders within the timeframe and "pause store orders" if i hit too many per week. sizing kits and solid colours nails are unlimited and still available for purchase no matter what! each set takes time to ensure they are of good quality. that being said, please reach out to me first if you need your order by a specific date. (events, birthdays, etc.) even if you do not think it is worth mentioning, i should be made aware of it in case i run into any delays!

shippingย expedited within canada through UPS/Canandaย Post should take an estimatedย 2-9 business days dependingย on how far you are from the gta!ย the further the package travels from ontario the longer it'll take (average 5-9 business days) ๐ฆ๐งธ trackingย is always provided and may take a day or two to update. kindlyย contact UPS orย Canada Postย (depending on what courier your package is being tracked with) if you have any questions regarding your package (because once it's out of my hands there's not much i can do!) +ย the customer is responsible for writing the correct address, and if the package isย sent back to me - another shipping fee will have to be paid to ship back out. please ensure apartments, units, etc are written correctly!
๐international orders have a wide range of 5 days to 3+ weeks! again, depends on how far the package is travelling. some packages get stuck in customs, some packages arrive to the USA in less than a week.
ย ๐ย lettermailย for sizing kits can takeย around 7+ business days (GTA area), and 1-3 weeks for international but it all depends on your local post office and how backed up they are.ย fairy press onsย cannot be held responsible for the mistakes of the courier such as lost or stolen goods. (please reach out if you believe your sizing kit/replacement nail is lost though!)
inย the rare occurrenceย that there are custom/import fees or taxes (typically for international orders) buyers are responsible. regardless, fairyย pressย onsย cannot control what goes on during customs including fees or delays.
