sizing kits are now required before placing an order! it's essential to see firsthand which sizes fit you best. each sizing kit will have 1 nail of each size. test out sizes on both hands to be completely sure of any differences! it's normal to have nails that are the same size, or to have the same finger differ in size on the other hand.

for returning customers - if you ordered the popular "short coffin" before and have the sizes for it, it is now called "medium coffin". newer shorter styles are now available, and yes, sizes do differ for each shape! similarly, "short almond" is now called "medium almond" and "long square" is now called "XL square". sorry for the confusion! i upgraded the range of sizes/shapes i offer so changes were necessary ♡ pls reach out if you need clarification..!

sizing kits are shipped through lettermail - it has a slower delivery time compared to packages. if it has been 2+ weeks (local) or 3+ weeks (international) and the sizing kits haven't arrived yet, they might've gotten lost! please reach out to work out a solution together #📨<3

please note: the nail shape will look slightly different after i've painted and filed them to look cleaner!

processing

is different from shipping. aka you may pay for faster shipping but, unless a rush order is purchased, it'll take up to 2 weeks (7 business days), to fulfill orders and take to the post office - and this can fluctuate based on the current volume of orders. follow @fairypressons for any updates if this changes, but i will try my hardest to complete orders within the timeframe and "pause store orders" if i hit too many per week. sizing kits and solid colours nails are unlimited and still available for purchase no matter what! ( ˘ ³˘)♡

each set takes time to ensure they are of good quality. that being said, please reach out to me first if you need your order by a specific date. (events, birthdays, etc.) even if you do not think it is worth mentioning, i should be made aware of it in case i run into any delays!

shipping

shipping expedited within canada through UPS/Cananda Post should take an estimated 2-9 business days depending on how far you are from the gta! the further the package travels from ontario the longer it'll take (average 5-9 business days) 📦🧸 tracking is always provided and may take a day or two to update. kindly contact UPS or Canada Post (depending on what courier your package is being tracked with) if you have any questions regarding your package (because once it's out of my hands there's not much i can do!) + the customer is responsible for writing the correct address, and if the package is sent back to me - another shipping fee will have to be paid to ship back out. please ensure apartments, units, etc are written correctly!

🍀international orders have a wide range of 5 days to 3+ weeks! again, depends on how far the package is travelling. some packages get stuck in customs, some packages arrive to the USA in less than a week.

💌 lettermail for sizing kits can take around 7+ business days (GTA area), and 1-3 weeks for international but it all depends on your local post office and how backed up they are. fairy press ons cannot be held responsible for the mistakes of the courier such as lost or stolen goods. (please reach out if you believe your sizing kit/replacement nail is lost though!)

in the rare occurrence that there are custom/import fees or taxes (typically for international orders) buyers are responsible. regardless, fairy press ons cannot control what goes on during customs including fees or delays.
